We collect only the information needed to provide your account, orders, recommendations, customer care, and fulfillment experience.

Information may include account, contact, order, cart, and customer-service records. Current quizzes keep answers only in page memory and do not save or send them to marketing. Previously saved quiz records may remain in customer files and can be addressed through a data request.

We use this information to complete orders, provide support, maintain customer files, prevent fraud, improve the Maison experience, and meet legal or operational requirements. We may share necessary information with service providers that support payments, hosting, shipping, authentication, email, and customer care.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records required for transactions, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or legitimate business records.
